'Bootcamp' training is group training which is both fun and challenging - its done outdoors whatever the weather and the season and is suitable for both men and women. *Sessions will last for 45 minutes and will be made up of a varying mix of running, bodyweight and other types of exercises, working the heart, lungs and pretty much every muscle in your body. Its suitable for beginners and fitness enthusiasts and individuals can work at their own personal level and intensity - its hard work but you wont be pressurised to work beyond your ablilities. In order to get going you just turn up on the day, register, complete your health questionnaire and waiver, pay for the session fee and get going!! Meet at the carpark on South Street opposite back entrance to the Co-op!
