We all want to look and feel the best that we can but most of us only experience short term gains outweighed by many failed attempts to achieve the bodies we are after - resulting in blows to our total well being and so affecting us on a physical, mental and emotional level. It happens to us all - even personal trainers! We tend to set ourselves unrealistic goals that are focused purely on the physical, we expect very quick results and think we can do it all by ourselves - a perfect recipe for failiure and guess what happens  - we keep doing the same things over and over again! So what does 'Personal Training' entail? Well I will tell you my approach

My goal for you is the same as for myself in my everyday life - 'Well being'. You have come to me because you want help in achieving certain goals and I can assist you on that journey. My role is to provide you with the motivation, support and discipline to get you there. I will get you todo the right types of exercise, stay on top of you regarding your nutrition and most importantly, make sure you are doing everything you are supposed to be. If you work to a structure, follow suggestions and are not left to your own devices you will have success.


Getting the body right

Whether this is your first foray into fitness or you are a competitive athlete the 3 key factors are the same:

'Exercise, Nutrition and Attitude' - do the right exercises, eat properly and maintain a balance!

Your body has two main components we are concerned with - 'Fat' and 'Muscle'. Most of us need to decrease the former and increase the latter. In order to achieve this I will make you work hard and use all the muscles in your body which will result in muscle tone, inch loss and maintainable weight loss.


Train at home, in a park or a local gym - one to one, pairs and small groups
