"I started working with Kieran for two reasons: I recently
had an operation on my foot which immobilised me for 6 weeks and after a life
long battle with excess weight, felt that the weight was getting the
better of me. My weight had crept up 3 stone since I was 21 – and an
extra 3 stone on 5 foot nothing is SIGNIFICANT! Initial progress was slow – my mind set and my
emotions were not right – having come through a nasty divorce, I was
deeply unhappy and struggling to balance my own needs with that of two (badly
hurt) teenage children. Slowly but surely, things improved – my mindset
